Emerald is a DJ, presenter and artist to be reckoned with. 

 

An SW LDN girl, being a selecta is in her blood. Having grown up listening to her father’s Dub Reggae and Hip-Hop radio shows. And, inevitably, playing on his decks since she was knee-high to a subwoofer. 

 

As well as giving her innate technical skills, it’s informed her ‘genre fluid’ musical style. And made her a natural presenter. Firstly, on iconic music station, Rince FM. And also as a speaker and panel host at events like the AVA Festival ‘Women in Business’ and Smirnoff’s ‘Equalising Music’ campaign. 

 

In 2024, Emerald puts the needle on a new side of her career. As she delivers her debut EP to the world via DJ Haus’ label, UTTU, that is sure to make Emerald shine even brighter.
